Announcement - Veoh blocked access to low level user Countries

This is internet discrimination. Veoh has blocked countries access who's number of Veoh users is , by Veoh's logic, LOW in other words , Veoh isn't making enough money in the down listed countries. Here is the text I took from Wikipedia :

As of May 31, 2008, upon trying to access the site from a Latvian IP address a screen is displayed,

Veoh is no longer available in Latvia

trying to do the same from anonymouse.org a similar screen saying "Veoh is no longer available in Anonymous Proxy" is displayed.[4] It appears that accounts that had specified Latvia in user info have not received any notification through e-mail and any videos that have been uploaded to the site appear inaccessible without any possibility to download them to host elsewhere (that is if there's no backup besides Veoh).

Users from United Arab Emirates, Malaysia, Indonesia, Chile, Guatemala, Luxembourg, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Venezuela, Brazil, Puerto Rico, Guam, Jamaica, El Salvador, Hungary, Slovenia, Slovakia, Colombia, Cyprus, Romania, the Cayman Islands, Guadeloupe, Saudi Arabia, Peru, Panama, Czech Republic, Turkey, Croatia, Lithuania and Egypt have also reported being blocked, receiving the same message for their country/region.

THERE IS HOPE : For all the people from the above listed countries, who still want to use Veoh and its services, there is maybe a workaround this blockade. If you have Firefox (if don't then there is a link at the end of this post) and download the Switch-Proxy add-on and a list of some U.S proxys (google it). There is the Tor and GPass.

Because of the companies arrogance I will try to help people who can't access the site, because they (Veoh) don't have the Wright to decide those things. By the way, 165 countries are blocked at this time.

I've received messages that they (Veoh) saw through the first method (using proxies), so here is a new one:

STEPS :
1. Go to Veoh
2. Copy the link ffrom the video you would like to watch.
3. Go to TvZone
4. Then go to Publish -> Add Video
5. Paste the video link and click ADD VIDEO
The video should be ready in a moment (in the worst case you must submit a picture for the vid). If it doesn't work at the moment try again later.
